Welcome from the Military Magnet Academy

Administrators

	This is Mr. Townsend's 9th year as principal of the Military Magnet Academy. This year is Ms. Pinckney's 5th year as assistant principal of the Military Magnet Academy. LTC Dawson has been at the Military Magnet Academy since 1992.

OUR MISSION: The mission of the Military Magnet Academy is to prepare cadets to become academically competent, disciplined, and responsible citizens. To the usual reading, writing, and math, we add the discipline of a military environment that teaches our students the importance of civic duty. Our purpose is to build leadership characteristics in the lives of students. Every cadet is an asset. We believe that every cadet can and will be successful. Failure is not an option. We are not a discipline school, but instead we are a school that builds discipline.
